Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SofaClean (a brand of Isneha Facilities Private Limited), we aim to provide a seamless and premium experience. Please read our guidelines regarding cancellations, reworks, and refunds.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

- Advance Cancellation: Customers can cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the service time, the company reserves the right to charge a nominal visiting/cancellation fee to compensate the merchant for travel time.

2. REWORK & SATISFACTION POLICY

Cleaning and detailing are highly subjective services. Therefore, we do not offer immediate monetary refunds based solely on claims of unsatisfactory work.
- 24-Hour Rework Guarantee: If you are genuinely dissatisfied, you must notify our customer support within 24 hours. We will inspect and, if valid, send a team to perform a free "Rework" on that specific area.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are only applicable if a prepaid booking was successfully canceled within the allowed free-cancellation window, or if the company was unable to provide the service. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
