Welcome to SofaClean, a brand wholly owned and operated by Isneha Facilities Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.
By booking any service with SofaClean—whether through our website, WhatsApp, or via a direct phone call—you (the "Customer") explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
SofaClean operates on an aggregator/platform model. We connect customers with independent background-verified service professionals, cleaners, and detailers. While we ensure strict quality training, the Merchants are independent contractors.
To ensure the timely and proper execution of the requested services, the Customer agrees to provide the following at the service location, free of charge:
- Electricity: Access to standard electrical plug points for operating heavy-duty machinery.
- Water: Access to a continuous supply of running water required for cleaning.
- Safe Workspace: A safe, unobstructed area to perform the service.
SofaClean and its Merchants take the utmost care while performing services. However, the Customer is solely responsible for securing all personal belongings, cash, jewelry, and important documents before the Merchants arrive. The Company shall not be held liable for any lost, missing, or stolen items.
These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
